Step 1: Form
Fill in the TELUS eVerification form to check your eligibility.
(Use your work email where possible for faster verification)
Step 2: Check your email
Once the form has been completed, check your email for “your exclusive offer from TELUS”. In the email, follow through to click on “Get my offer” and then scroll down to click on “Contact your TELUS Agent” under the “Redeem your offer” section to access your unique offer and validation codes. Click here if you were unable to verify in Step 1.
(Click on the “Add more (+)” button to get enough codes for each user or phone number)
Step 3: Visit one of our locations!
After you generate your offer codes, you may bring your ID and simply visit one of these locations to get set up.
If you’d like us to contact you instead, copy and paste your “Base Code” and “Your Offer Code(s)” in to our Book an Appointment form so that we may be able to make arrangements to ensure we have the device you want, as well as making sure that a rep who speaks your preferred language will be available to meet with you, and it’ll be more efficient & easier for you when you visit us for ID verification.
