- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Select Cellular
- Select Network Selection
- Toggle Automatic OFF
- Wait for the device to scan for available networks and select TELUS (or Koodo) when it appears in the list
- When the checkmark appears, your phone will only try to look for this one network, so you won’t connect to any other by accident
Step-by-Step Guide for Android Devices
- Open Settings on your Android phone
- Select Connections
- Select Mobile Network
- Select Network Operators
- Toggle Select Automatically OFF
- Wait for the device to scan for available networks and select TELUS (or Koodo) when it appears in the list and then you’re done!
